Include sub-folders

When you have a linked catalog (or a linked folder in a custom catalog), you can optionally include the linked folder's sub-folders in it:

To include sub-folders in a catalog:

1.  Click Edit to launch the catalog in edit mode. Click the Content tab.

2.  Navigate to the folder you want. Select the root folder to update the entire catalog.

3.  Right-click the folder and select Edit folder.

4.  Select the Include Subfolders check box to display the selected linked catalog or folder's sub-folders in the catalog. Each sub-folder will have its own URL and catalog page.

 

     You must have authorization from your Mediasite administrator to configure catalogs. In addition, if you do not have the appropriate permissions for the catalog or the content you want to add, many features will not work. For more information, contact your Mediasite administrator.
