Navigate folders and sub-folders to locate presentations.

•      Click Info to display presentation’s details; presenters, description, recording details

•      Click More to view extended presentation description

•      Click Links to view links to supplementary material. Click a link to view the associated web page in a separate browser tab.

•      Click Download to download portable presentations, MP3 files, or MP4 files if they are available for presentation.

•      Click Moderate to view and manage questions asked by the audience.

•      Click Watch to launch the presentation in Mediasite Player in a separate browser tab.

Click the Play button to watch presentation in catalog.

Sort and filter presentations by date, title, views, and air date.

Enter words or phrases in the Search field to locate presentations in the catalog.

•      Click Email to share the catalog via email with authorized users. If you want to use the e-mail client on your machine to send out an invitation, click Send mail using preferred email client.

•      Click RSS to subscribe to the catalog’s RSS feed. You will receive updates when new presentations are added to the catalog.

•      Click Links to share the catalog by sending the catalog’s link via instant message (IM), email, or social network or by embedding it in a website.

•      Click Edit to launch the catalog in edit mode and to update its layout and display properties as well as to customize the top banner, and create search-based catalogs.
