When a catalog is in edit mode, you can customize its appearance, available settings, and layout, update its presentations as needed, assign keywords to simplify its URL, and view analytics for it. If your catalog is a custom one, you can also add content to it as well as secure it and its folders.
Only users with
appropriate permissions can configure catalogs. For more information, contact
your Mediasite administrator.

In the Content tab you navigate folders and sub-folders to locate presentations, update the catalog and folder settings, add content to custom catalogs, assign permissions, and to manage presentations. |

Click the Settings tab to update the catalog’s layout and display properties, as well as to customize the top banner and create search-based catalogs. |

Click the Analytics tab to view detailed reports showing viewing statistics for presentations grouped in a catalog. All data can be exported to an Excel or XML file. |

• Click Info to display presentation’s details; presenters, description, recording details • Click More to view extended presentation description • Click Links to view to see supplementary material that has been added to the presentation. Click a link to view the associated web page in a separate browser tab. • Click Download to download portable presentations, MP3 files, or MP4 files if they are available for presentation. • Click Moderate to view and manage questions asked by the audience. • Click Watch to launch the presentation in Mediasite Player in a separate browser tab. • Click My Mediasite to launch My Mediasite, which you will use to update a presentation's settings and do other presentation management tasks.
